Why can I not sign in with my company email address?

Check the full address, including the part after the @ sign. Use the company email already linked to your Skydo account. If the mailbox no longer exists or you cannot open it, request account recovery instead of registering another account.

If the mailbox works but verification messages are missing, check spam and company quarantine. Ask your email administrator to investigate blocked delivery without sharing an OTP.

Send support@skydo.com the exact error, email domain, attempt time and whether the problem affects message delivery or the sign-in page itself. A problem with one address does not show that every company email is unsupported.
