What should I do if Skydo rejects my OTP?

Use only the verification code for the sign-in attempt you are completing. Check the email address on the page and whether you copied extra spaces. If you requested several codes, follow the page's instructions rather than trying every old message.

If the page offers a fresh attempt, use that route. Do not keep guessing codes or ask someone else to sign in for you.

If verification still fails, contact support@skydo.com. Include the error text, attempt time and time zone, browser, and whether the code was delayed. Hide the code in screenshots. Support needs the failure details, not your secret code.
