What should I do if my Skydo email OTP does not arrive?

Check that the email entered on the sign-in page is the address linked to your account. Look in spam, junk and any company email quarantine. If you use a managed mailbox, ask your email administrator whether a verification message was blocked.

Return to the official login page and follow any resend instructions displayed. Avoid repeatedly requesting codes. Never share a code with someone offering help.

If no message arrives, email support@skydo.com with the affected email, attempt time and time zone, and whether other email is arriving. Ask support to check delivery. Do not send an OTP or assume delivery is guaranteed within a particular time.
