How do I log in to my existing Skydo account?

Open https://dashboard.skydo.com/login directly. The sign-in page offers Google sign-in and an email option. Use the email already linked to your Skydo account, rather than creating a new account to solve an access problem.

For Google sign-in, select the Google account linked to your registration. For email sign-in, follow the verification instructions shown. Follow the email verification instructions shown on the sign-in screen.

If you cannot get in, note the method used and the error shown, then email support@skydo.com. Do not include a password or verification code. If you no longer control the registered email, explain that you need account recovery.
