What personal and business information does Skydo collect about me?

Skydo collects contact, identity and KYC information; business and bank details; transaction information; support correspondence; and website-use information such as browser details and cookies. Skydo also uses information from other sources for KYC and risk checks.

Not every listed item will necessarily be requested in every situation. If a request seems unnecessary or unfamiliar, ask support@skydo.com what it is needed for before sharing it. Use the current privacy policy for the full list and stated purposes.

Do not post documents or financial information in a public channel when asking a privacy question. Describe the type of information instead.

For signup, Skydo may ask for PAN, owner identity, Indian bank details and business evidence. The exact request depends on the application; ask why a particular item is needed before sharing it.
