My InstaLink payment is still pending after six business days. What should I do?

Check the latest InstaLink status, the authorisation date and any invoice or document request. US weekends and bank holidays can lengthen the calendar time for an ACH Debit payment.

If the payment still appears overdue, email support@skydo.com with its reference, the payer’s receipt and the status shown. Ask which stage it is in and what estimate applies to that payment. Do not use a general homepage timeline as a promise for an ACH Debit link, and do not ask the payer to pay again while the first payment is unresolved.
