Can I use an invoice instead of a bank statement during onboarding?

Use an invoice only if it is an accepted option in your application or Skydo confirms it can review it. Ask support whether your invoice and supporting records are acceptable alternatives for your application. An invoice by itself does not prove that a customer paid or that the underlying work took place.

If you want to use one, explain whether it is paid or unpaid and keep the related contract or evidence available if requested. Do not create a false invoice or label an unpaid one as paid. If the form does not offer the document you have, ask support for the correct submission route.
