My business is new and has less than three months of bank history. What should I submit?

Do not create missing months of history or upload a statement that pretends to cover a longer period. The standard bank-statement route covers three months. If you have less history, you can submit alternative evidence, such as a signed contract, for manual review.

Use the alternative route available in your application and explain that the business or account is new. Keep the genuine available statement and contract ready if the reviewer requests them. Ask support which evidence is sufficient for your circumstances. Being new does not remove the need to show a real business and complete identity checks, and no automatic approval should be assumed.
