Can I reuse one business’s KYC approval for a different business I own?

Do not treat one business’s verification as approval for another legal entity. The application must accurately identify the entity using the service, and its PAN, business records and owner information need to match that entity. Common ownership does not make two companies the same applicant.

Tell support that you own another business and ask how it should be onboarded. Use the new entity’s own records rather than renaming the existing business or uploading the first company’s evidence. Ask separately about any identity documents that may be requested again. Approval of one entity does not guarantee approval of the other.
