Can my customer pay several invoices in one bank transfer?
Check the proposed arrangement with Support before the customer sends a combined amount. Do not assume that one transfer automatically closes every invoice you associate with it.
Prepare a breakdown showing each invoice number, currency and amount, and make sure the total agrees with the proposed transfer. Tell the customer which payment reference to use and keep its remittance advice identifying the invoices covered.
Use the receiving instructions for the agreed currency and route. If the combined payment mixes currencies, businesses or unrelated payers, ask for guidance rather than combining the money by default. After payment, keep the final receipt with the breakdown so Support can identify exactly what the transfer was intended to pay.
