Can my customer pay an invoice in more than one bank transfer?

Confirm the arrangement with Support before requesting instalments, especially if an individual transfer will be small. Each transfer must meet the applicable minimum payment and collection rules; agreeing an invoice total does not automatically qualify smaller instalments.

For an approved arrangement, keep a written schedule with each amount and use references that link the payments to the same invoice. Ask the customer to retain a receipt for each transfer. Record what remains unpaid rather than treating the first receipt as full payment.

Do not apply these bank-transfer instructions to payment links: a link may require its full stated amount. Check the link's available options separately before asking a customer to part-pay it.
