My client overpaid and I have already received the INR. How should I return the excess?

Do not assume Skydo can reverse a payment that has already reached your Indian bank account. Its refund policy lists funds already received in the linked Indian bank account as ineligible for a normal refund through Skydo.

Contact support@skydo.com with the payment reference and explain the overpayment. Ask for guidance on the correct route for that payment method before sending money separately. ACH Debit payment links have a different bank-led return or chargeback process. Verify the payer's identity and original source, and keep a record of the agreed excess. Do not return money to an unrelated account or promise a refund amount before charges and any bank process are confirmed.
