My customer has been debited, but the payment is not visible in Skydo. What should I do?

Get the final transfer receipt from the customer and compare the actual destination with the receiving instructions you shared. Check the account number, routing code, currency, transfer method and payment date.

If any detail is wrong, tell Support exactly what differs and ask the payer to contact its sending bank. If the details are correct, check the applicable collection estimate. Weekends, holidays and sending-bank delays can affect receipt.

When the expected receipt time has passed, email the receipt and invoice to support@skydo.com. A debit at the customer's bank is not confirmation that the receiving bank has credited the money. Do not ask the customer to send a replacement while the original transfer is being located.

The payer’s sending bank should confirm whether it actually released the payment, which recipient details it used and any trace reference. Give that reference to Skydo Support in the same case.
