What should I check before asking an overseas customer to pay me through Skydo?

Before your customer sends money, confirm that your Skydo account is ready to receive the payment and that the business transaction is supported. Then prepare one clear set of instructions.

  1. Agree the invoice amount and payment currency with your customer.
  2. Choose the receiving account for that currency, payer location and transfer method.
  3. Copy its current beneficiary and bank details without changing them.
  4. Include the invoice number as a payment reference, along with any account-specific reference instructions.
  5. Ask the customer to keep the bank's final transfer receipt.

Check unusual payer arrangements with Support before payment. A customer being able to submit a transfer does not itself mean Skydo can accept it.
