Should I share my Skydo receiving details or send a payment link?

Share your receiving details when the customer will instruct their own bank to send a transfer. Skydo's Terms also allow payment through a link generated using its service. These are different payment flows, so do not give the customer two competing instructions for the same amount.

For a bank transfer, agree the currency and transfer method, then share the matching account details and invoice reference. For a payment link, use the payment options actually available on that link. Do not promise that every payer, currency or payment method is available through links.

If the payer has already started one payment, confirm its status before asking them to use the other route. This helps avoid duplicate payment.
