How should I prepare for a video-KYC session?

If Skydo asks you to complete video KYC, keep your original PAN card with you. A photocopy, certified copy or other copy is not accepted for this step. Be ready to answer questions about the identity information and documents you provided.

Use a device with a working camera, microphone and stable connection, and choose a place where your face and PAN are clearly visible. Read the consent information before starting. The session is recorded, and location and identification photographs are captured. Follow the instructions given during the session. Ask support before the appointment if you cannot meet a requirement.
