Read the reason and the exact replacement request before submitting again. Check whether the issue is the period covered, the wrong account or entity, unreadable pages, missing signatures or evidence that does not establish the business activity. Correct the actual problem rather than repeatedly uploading the same file.

For a statement, use the requested account’s last three months and the specified PDF format. For another document, follow the request for your application. If you do not understand the reason, ask support what fact remains unverified and what evidence can address it. Resubmission is a request for review, not a guarantee of approval.
