Can I redact information from a document before uploading it?

Ask Skydo which information must remain visible before redacting a document used for verification. A reviewer may need names, dates, account ownership or transaction context to establish the evidence, so a heavily masked file may not answer the request.

Do not hide a mismatch, remove a relevant party or change a payment description. If the document includes unrelated confidential information, explain that concern and request an approved way to provide the evidence. Keep the original unchanged. Do not assume that a document accepted by another provider will meet Skydo’s requirements or that redaction guarantees acceptance.
