How do I reactivate a dormant Skydo account?

Contact support@skydo.com and ask for reactivation. Identify the business, registered email and any dormancy message. If you no longer control the mailbox, mention the recovery issue too.

You may request reactivation and that it may be granted subject to re-KYC and re-verification. Ask which current information and documents are needed and how to submit them. An old verification should not be assumed sufficient.

Wait for confirmation that the account and relevant service are ready before sending new instructions to a client. The terms do not promise automatic approval or a fixed reactivation time. Keep confirmation with your account records.
