What if the original payer account is closed and cannot receive a refund?

Tell support@skydo.com that the source account cannot receive the return and provide the original payment reference. Ask the payer to contact the sending bank rather than giving you a new refund destination by message.

If a return to the original account fails, Skydo may require a sending-bank recall, a bank letter of indemnity specifying an alternative method or account, and evidence identifying the correct source. The applicable option needs verification. Do not promise that any new account will be accepted. If details cannot be verified, the policy allows the funds to be held until the required information is supplied.
