Why is Skydo asking for documents before processing a refund?

Skydo or its partners may ask the payee for additional information and proof before processing a return. The information is reviewed against regulatory requirements and risk policies; the request is not a confirmation that the refund has been approved.

Read the request and send accurate documents through the route Skydo specifies. Identify the original payment and explain the reason for the return. If a requested document is unavailable, ask which alternative evidence is acceptable rather than sending unrelated records. Keep a copy of what you submitted and ask which item remains outstanding. Do not send bank passwords or one-time codes as proof.
