How will I know whether a refund was approved, initiated or completed?

These are different stages. A request being received does not mean it has been approved; an initiated refund does not by itself prove the payer has been credited. Customers will be informed of the decision, initiation, completion or failure to process a refund.

Keep the original payment reference and ask support@skydo.com for the latest stage if the update is unclear. When initiation is confirmed, ask for any available refund reference that the payer's bank can use. If the payer still cannot find the credit, share the bank's response with Skydo. Do not issue a second refund while the first one is being traced.
