How do I report a suspicious email, call or message claiming to be from Skydo?

Do not click links, open unexpected attachments or share login codes. Open Skydo's website separately and use the support contacts: support@skydo.com or +91 70260 00500.

Send the sender address or number, when the message arrived and what it asked you to do. Preserve the original message if possible. Clearly say whether you clicked a link, shared information or made a payment.

A familiar logo, display name or email thread does not prove a request is genuine. Wait for independent confirmation before following new instructions. Skydo's grievance policy includes phishing and fraudulent offers using its name. Do not forward dangerous attachments unless support explains how to submit them.
