What should I do if I shared a Skydo OTP or sign-in details with someone?

Stop communicating with that person and immediately report the disclosure to support@skydo.com. Say what type of information you shared, when, and whether you can still access the account. Do not repeat the actual password or code.

From a trusted device, secure the email or Google account used for sign-in. Check for unfamiliar Skydo activity if safe, and record suspicious references or changes. Keep the messages that led to the disclosure.

Ask Skydo what protective steps are available. Sharing a code does not establish that fraud occurred, but treat it as a possible security incident. Do not wait for a loss before reporting.
