How do I stop promotional emails without missing account messages?

Promotional emails can be opted out of. It also says non-promotional messages about services and your account may continue after an opt-out.

Use the opt-out route in the promotional message if available. If you cannot find it or messages continue, contact support@skydo.com from the affected address. Include an example subject and date without forwarding unnecessary account information.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not close the account or necessarily stop security, service or transaction notices. If you want closure or a contact-address change, make a separate explicit request. Do not block all Skydo messages without considering how you will receive important account updates.
