The reviewer cannot read my PAN card or see my face clearly. What should I do?

Move to better lighting and remove glare from the PAN card. Hold the original card steady and make sure the whole card is visible when the reviewer asks to see it. Keep your face clearly in view and follow the reviewer’s instructions rather than using a photograph of yourself or the document.

If the camera cannot produce a readable image, ask whether you should use another device or arrange another session. Skydo’s terms allow it to reject a video check that does not meet its quality requirements. Do not alter the document image or assume that a low-quality attempt will pass later review.
