Will connecting Zoho bring my older invoices into Skydo?

Do not assume that connecting Zoho will bring in your whole invoice history. The initial connection syncs new invoices created after connection, not past invoices.

Check your connection date and compare it with the invoice creation date before treating an older invoice as a sync failure. If you need older invoices in Skydo, ask support about the current transfer options. Keep a list of any records you add manually so they are not duplicated by a later import. Ask Support to confirm whether historical import is available for your account. Confirm the current behaviour for your account before moving a large invoice set.
