  • Processing time: Funds usually reach your bank account within up to 5 business days, depending on your bank's clearing cycle.
  • Account requirements: To receive and withdraw funds on PayPal in India, you must complete KYC, verify your PAN and link an active Indian bank account.

A PayPal overview for Indian users also shows that the service in India supports only cross-border transactions. It cannot be used for domestic INR-to-INR payments.
