No, Payoneer cannot return funds to Upwork once a withdrawal is complete, and the money cannot be reversed back into your Upwork balance.

The Upwork and Payoneer connection works in one direction only. It is built so freelancers can withdraw funds from Upwork into a Payoneer account, not to accept deposits or reverse transfers coming back from Payoneer or other third-party wallets.

After Upwork processes a withdrawal to a linked Payoneer account, the transaction is final. It cannot be cancelled, recalled or redirected to a different account.
