  • Online Banking: Log into your account, go to the Transaction History, select the specific international transfer, and download the advice or MT103 copy.
  • Customer Support: If the document isn't available online, contact your bank's international operations or forex helpdesk.
  • Branch Visit: Alternatively, submit a written request at your home branch with transaction details.

Provide the transaction date, transfer amount, currency, beneficiary name, account details, and the wire confirmation's reference number or UETR when requesting the SWIFT copy.
