24. Why did I receive a payment confirmation if the payment later failed?
When your client submit their card or bank details to pay via a Skydo payment link, they receive an authorisation confirmation immediately.
This message means:
- Your client has authorized the payment.
- It does not mean the funds have been successfully transferred yet.
The actual payment process includes additional verification by the bank or card network, which can take up to 1 business day.
