The payer has opened a bank recall and also wants me to refund them directly. What should I do?
Do not run two uncoordinated return processes for the same payment. Tell support@skydo.com that the payer has contacted their bank, and provide the recall or dispute reference if available. Explain whether any separate refund has already been made.
Ask Skydo to confirm the status and amount involved before you agree to another payment. Ask the payer to coordinate through the original sending bank and keep written records of the agreed resolution. A bank request is not proof that money has already been recovered, but sending a direct refund while it is unresolved can create a duplicate-return problem. Do not use new bank details supplied under pressure.
