Will Skydo refund the original transaction fee when the payment is returned?

The refund policy and terms say fees and charges are non-refundable. Do not assume that returning the principal also reverses the original transaction fee. Additional charges connected with the return can also apply.

Ask support@skydo.com to show the original fee, any return charges and the amount being sent back or recovered for your payment. If you believe a charge was applied in error, raise that as a separate billing issue with the reference and evidence; a billing correction is not the same as a general right to a fee refund. Keep the breakdown so both you and the payer understand what was returned.
