Check the rate actually applied and separate it from fees, tax and any shortfall in the amount received. If a delay and a rate change happened together, ask support@skydo.com for the payment stages and conversion information. Do not assume the rate was locked when the payer clicked Send or that Skydo guarantees the INR value of an earlier estimate. Keep the transaction evidence if you want a specific discrepancy reviewed.
