What should I do if I miss my video-KYC session or the joining link no longer works?

Use the existing application to check for the next available verification instruction. If you cannot join, contact support and say whether you missed the session or the link no longer works. Ask for the correct way to arrange another attempt.

Keep your original PAN ready for the new session. Do not assume a missed appointment is the same as a rejected application, and do not create another account to work around it. If your business has an open document request as well, complete that separately. A new appointment only addresses the live session; it does not by itself approve the application.
