Check the camera and microphone permissions for both your device and the browser running the session. Close other applications that may be using them, then try again. Use another working device if necessary, and make sure the reviewer can see your face and hear your answers clearly.

Video KYC is a live audio-visual check. Typing your answers cannot replace a working camera and microphone. If the session has already failed or ended, ask support how to resume or arrange another attempt. Do not assume a partial connection means the identity check is complete.
