My non-USD payment seems to be in the wrong fee tier. What should I ask Skydo?

Ask support@skydo.com how the USD-based pricing threshold was applied to that payment. Give the received currency, amount, payment reference and fee charged. Keep the exchange rate and timestamp used for settlement separate from any rate used to decide a fee tier.

Standard fee tiers are expressed in USD. Ask Support to check the currency conversion, threshold and rounding used for your non-USD payment. Do not use today's exchange rate to decide that an earlier fee was wrong. Ask for the threshold conversion basis, the applicable pricing schedule and the calculation for your transaction. If you have agreed pricing, include that agreement in the enquiry.
