Can another incoming payment be held because of an earlier refund or dispute?
Yes. Skydo's terms allow it to hold other incoming payments in connection with a refund or chargeback and to set off amounts owed against other funds it holds. They also allow holds for a reasonable period where needed to protect against potential fraud, disputes or chargebacks.
If a new payment is not settling, ask support@skydo.com whether it is linked to an earlier recovery rather than a bank-transfer failure. Request the original case reference, amount owed, amounts held or recovered and the next action needed. Do not assume the new payer's transfer failed or ask that client to pay again. Keep the recovery and new-payment records linked in your reconciliation.
