Can my own overseas company pay my Indian business through Skydo?

A shared owner does not by itself confirm that a payment is eligible. Ask Support to review the actual business transaction and payer relationship before sending money between the companies.

Explain what the Indian business supplied, who the overseas customer is, the ownership relationship, invoice amount and currency. Keep the contract or other evidence supporting the export transaction. A transfer of capital, a loan or movement of your own funds is not the same thing as payment for an export invoice.

Do not create an invoice for a transaction that did not happen. If the payment has already been sent, share the receipt and the true relationship so the team can assess it accurately.
