How do I request closure of my Skydo account?

Send a written request to support@skydo.com stating that you want account closure or de-registration. Identify the business and registered email. Ask how to verify your authority to make the request.

Before proceeding, ask how outstanding payments, unresolved cases and needed records will be handled. Keep available records your business must retain. Do not assume sending the request immediately disables receiving instructions.

Request de-registration in writing. Legally required information may still be retained after closure. Outstanding obligations do not end when details are removed. Ask for written confirmation when closure is complete and for any actions still required. Do not share passwords or OTPs to authorise closure.

Logging out, deleting the app or stopping use does not close the account. For closure, ask Skydo to confirm de-registration in writing.
