The finder shows an 8-character SWIFT code but my payment form asks for 11. What should I do?

Ask the receiving bank for the exact SWIFT/BIC it wants used in that payment form. Skydo's finder explains that SWIFT codes may contain 8 or 11 characters: the extra three characters identify a branch. A shorter result is therefore not automatically an error.

Do not add a branch suffix, copy one from a different branch or change the code simply to make the form accept it. Compare the bank, country and location with the receiving instructions, then have the bank confirm the correct value for the required field. If you are paying a Skydo receiving account, use its current account instructions and ask Support if those instructions do not fit the payer's form.
